Here are 107 Washington County Public School athletes to watch during the playoffs

After a seven-week sprint of a regular season for Washington County Public School spring sports, the Maryland state playoffs for baseball, softball and boys and girls lacrosse have arrived.

Lacrosse region seeds and matchups were announced Monday, and baseball and softball region seeds and matchups will be announced Tuesday. Lacrosse playoff games are scheduled to begin Wednesday, with baseball and softball games scheduled to start Thursday.

It's also championship season for track and field and tennis, with county championships taking place this week, region championships next week and state championships in two weeks.

Here are 107 county athletes to watch as the baseball, softball and lacrosse tournaments unfold.

Baseball

Nick Anderson, Williamsport

Anderson is hitting .286 with two doubles and eight RBIs for the Wildcats.

Logan Atkinson, Boonsboro
