'1000-Lb Sisters' Star Tammy Slaton Shows Off Weight Loss in New Mirror Selfie

Tammy Slaton is feeling herself after losing hundreds of pounds.

On August 25, the 1000-Lb Sisters star took to Instagram to share a visual update on her recent weight loss transformation. Specifically, the TLC personality shared two new mirror selfies, which showed off her slimmer figure after undergoing bariatric surgery last year.

It didn't take long for Tammy's many fans to hype her up in the comments. For instance, one fan declared in response, "Tammy!!! Look at you! So proud of you! Looking snatched."

Another read, "You’ve inspired me so much. I was at 407 pounds and I watched your struggle and saw the similar patterns. You inspired me to lose over 200 pounds! Thank You."

Vannessa Cross of TLC's 1,000-lb Best Friends chimed in, "YESSS MY QUEEN YOU ARE DOING AMAZING!! Welcome to your new life!!"

Tammy's weight loss journey has not been an easy one. As was documented in season four of 1000-Lb Sisters, a 700-pound Tammy entered rehab to assist in the weight loss needed to undergo bariatric surgery. However, while in rehab, she suffered a health scare, which resulted in a tracheotomy and a medically induced coma.

We're sure that Tammy appreciates the love from fans, as this year has been a difficult one for the reality TV personality. For those who may not know, earlier this summer, Tammy's estranged husband Caleb Willingham died. He was only 40 years old.

Following the news of his passing, Tammy shared with her fans on Instagram, "Rip sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness."

She also took to TikTok, where she addressed the state of their marriage before Caleb's death, noting, "I'm having stages of grief. We were having problems, but I loved that man. I still do."
