People are shaking off their pandemic weariness this summer and snapping up tickets to see favorite performers in person — and Gametime, an app that sells last-minute tickets, has ranked the 10 most popular. Though Brooks started this stadium tour in 2018, the pandemic halted shows in 2020. Continuing high COVID case counts defeated plans to reschedule for 2021, resulting in all tickets being canceled and refunded for that year. But now Brooks is back and is booked until his last shows in Ireland this September. Not bad for a singer who retired in 2000.

Chris Brown’s career took a nosedive after his publicized battery of singer Rihanna and later accusations of domestic violence, but the success of his albums “Indigo” and most recently “Breezy” has helped him stay in the spotlight.

The singer, who was the halftime act during last year’s Super Bowl, didn’t have to worry too much when supporting act Doja Cat pulled out to recover from tonsil surgery. Snoh Aalegra, Kaytranada, and Mike Dean will fill in for select dates on the “Can’t Feel My Face” singer’s tour.

At 75 years old, the “Rocket Man” postponed dates for his final world tour due to a hip injury, but he’s back on the road. He will be continuing the five-year tour until his last show in Sweden on July 8, 2023, and he’s even added dates due to high demand.

Rapper Lamar, who is likely the only Pulitzer Prize winner on the road this summer (and definitely the only one to have performed at this year’s Super Bowl halftime show). He’s promoting his album “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers” with his sometime collaborators Baby Keem and Tanna Leone.

The band fronted by Chris Martin decided not to tour in 2019 due to environmental concerns. But to promote a new album, “Music of the Spheres,” the band is trying out sustainable solutions such as kinetic flooring, energy-producing stationary bicycles, and even an app that helps concertgoers choose a less polluting method of coming to a show.

While the K-Pop boy band has had a good year, given that the recent mini-album “Oddinary” was its first No. 1 hit on the Billboard 200, a couple of U.S. tour dates had to be postponed when members of the group tested positive for COVID.

The Puerto Rican rapper is the first act with an all-Spanish-language album at the top of the Billboard 200 — and has been the most-streamed artist on Spotify globally for two consecutive years. This tour, which starts Aug. 5 in Orlando, Florida, may be a win for fans who couldn’t nab tickets to his last tour, which sold out in minutes.

The country singer may have been eliminated from “The Voice” during the sixth season of the show and booted from a “Saturday Night Live” appearance for failing to follow COVID protocols, but he’s still a hot ticket.
