Kate Middleton spent part of her second wedding anniversary visiting a children's hospice called Naomi House, a cause near to her heart. The Duchess wore a peach Tara Jarmon coat over a light peach dress and her favorite nude L.K.Bennett heels.

Even though Kate was marrying the Prince just two years ago, she and William are spending at least part of their anniversary separated, with William on duty in North Wales. This week is Children's Hospice Week and just yesterday Kate released a video message expressing the importance and necessity of the work that hospices do, and chose Naomi House as the first she would visit.
