Kate the great is back ladies and gents, looking stunning at her first formal engagement in several weeks.

The Duchess of Cambridge is in attendance tonight at the Natural History Museum in London for an evening awards ceremony. She is wearing a brand new dress, a pale blue floor length gown by one of her favorite British designers, Jenny Packham. The powder blue wrap dress has a high slit, and looks to be a custom piece created just for her.

The Duchess is at the Museum this evening to help celebrate the 2014 Wildlife Photographer of the Year, following a previous engagement this morning with her husband William. It was the first time Kate stepped out since announcing her second pregnancy, as she'd been battling acute morning sickness for weeks. Earlier today Kate was seen wearing an Alexander McQueen coatdress and matching hat by milliner Jane Taylor.

Tonight's event is set against a pretty stunning backdrop, an elegant evening in the heart of the Natural History Museum. The dress code is black tie, so we expected we'd see something pretty stunning on our favorite royal! Kate's Packham gown did not disappoint.

The figure-hugging dress shows just the tiniest hint of a baby bump, as well as her peep-toe LK Bennett heels with a strap around the ankle. She carried a bespoke Alexander McQueen clutch, similar styles can be found at Neiman Marcus.
