Women Caught Using "Reverse 911" Scam To Rob Homes

Description:After a so-called “reverse 911” advisory, two women were arrested for allegedly tricking elderly people to steal stuff out of their homes. Police recently sent out advisory, warning residents that a group of people have been tricking elderly people into letting suspects into their homes, only to have the people steal items once inside. Parts of Perry Avenue, Fruitridge Road, 63rd Street, 2nd Avenue, Mack Road and Maple Drive were hit by the suspects between Dec. 29 and Jan. 21. (1:07)
