Winter Storm Set To Pound SoCal

Description:A very cold storm will arrive in Southern California on Tuesday, bringing rain, wind and snow, along with potential traffic headaches. Most areas will see about one-third to two-thirds of an inch of rain, with up to an inch possible in the San Gabriel mountains. There’s also a possibility of thunderstorms, with small hail and isoalted waterspouts off the coast. (2:17)
