Water Purification

Description:China has the largest population in the world and its infrastructure must support over a billion inhabitants. In 2010 China hopes to have over 70% of its waste water treated for reuse. It has invested 57.5 billion US dollars in sewage treatment and recycling equipment. At present only sixty percent of water is recycled, but with the added investment in treatment facilities, that figure looks set to skyrocket. (1:00)
