Description:A 31 year-old Los Angeles man was walking by Columbus Circle towards Carnegie Hall just before 2 p.m. Monday, when a gunman calmly walked up from behind, pulled out a silver handgun and fired one shot into the back of his head, police said. Witnesses say the victim, identified as Brandon Lincoln Woodard, was bleeding from his nose, eyeball and mouth as the gunman continued to walk less than 100 feet to the corner where a gray car was parked with a driver waiting inside – and took off.
