A Taliban suicide bomber kills 10 people in a market in Rawalpindi, near the headquarters of the Pakistani army. The army camp is supposedly one of the most secure areas in the city. A witness, Mohammed Fahad, said they were asleep when the blast happened, and they saw bodies lying on the ground and blood everywhere. Some people from their neighbourhood were among those injured, he said. Police diverted people from the area in case a second blast took place.
