Olympic Star Hope Solo Fails Drug Test

Olympic gold medalist Hope Solo tested positive for banned substance after providing a urine sample that tested positive for Canrenone, which is not a PED, but works as a diuretic, and is sometimes used to flush the system, causing it to be banned by the USADA. Solo claims she was taking the medication in a "therapeutic dose under the care of a physician." The soccer star has accepted the warning and will still play for the United States in the Olympic tournament.
