Costa Concordia Victims Remembered

In solemn silence hundreds of people lit candles and made their way to the port on Giglio island on Sunday evening (January 13) to participate in the final event of a long day of anniversary memorials to mark the Costa Concordia tragedy. One year ago the 114,500 tonne ship slammed into the rocks off the Tuscan island. Over 4,200 passengers and crew scrambled for their lives to safety. 32 people were killed.
