Artist Creates Humanoid Heads from Discarded Dolls

Most parents understand the never-ending desires of children to have the newest doll or toy. But it begs the question, what happens to the old playthings? A talented print-maker and sculptor, Freya Jobbins works with plastic, which she describes as ‘pre-loved’, creating humanoid works of art. She uses pieces from discarded Barbie dolls and figures to create heads that have basic human features with a few extras.
