US Man Sentenced For Aiding Mumbai Plotters

Description:American David Headley is pictured in court as he's sentenced to 35-years in prison for aiding plotters of the 2008 Mumbai attack. Headley, who is of Pakistani decent, admitted videotaping sites that were targeted by militants in Mumbai. More than 160 people were killed in the raid. Headley pleaded guilty to 12 charges and had agreed to testify against the plotters to avoid the death penalty. Prosecutors praise the intelligence he's given as a part of that plea. (1:01)
