Description:A 2-year-old boy on his birthday was shot in both arms, and his father, who was holding the child, was also injured after a confrontation with two men at a Brooklyn park. The 38-year-old father was holding his son when he was approached by two men at 2 p.m. at Herbert Von King Park in Bedford-Stuyvesant, authorities said.
