Description:The good Samaritans quickly rushed to help a driver after witnessing a vehicle crash into a fire hydrant and a utility pole in Los Angeles. The fire hydrant sent a fountain of water into the sky, and the power lines fell down on the water, and electrocuted the two women who had come to try to help the driver.
