Teen Threatened To Kill, Sexually Assault Students

Description:The Kent County Prosecutor’s Office issued a warrant for 17-Year-Old Benjamin Malachino for one count of Threats of Terrorism, which is a 20 year felony. According to the Kent County Sheriff’s Department Malachino, a student at Comstock Park High School, sent threats to a female student that he was going to sexually assault her and also intended to lock down the high school and kill several students.
