Description:There were performances by Rock band KISS, U2 singer Bono, and a sexy opening number by Carrie Underwood with "Good Girl." Hollywood A-lister Steve Martin made a cameo as a banjo player. Ashton Kutcher took the stage wearing a cowboy hat and singing country while presenting the award for Female Vocalist of the Year. Miranda Lambert took that one home. Her husband, Blake Shelton, scored Male Vocalist of the Year. And Taylor Swift won her second straight Entertainer of the Year trophy. (1:03)
