Spain Beat the US in the Hopman Cup

Description:Spain went through to the final of the Hopman Cup without hitting a ball on Thursday (January 3) after they were awarded the tie due to the withdrawal of the USA's John Isner with a knee injury. Isner was due to play Fernando Verdasco in the opening match of the tie but was forced to pull out with what he had described earlier in the week as 'a bit of tendonitis'. (1:32)
