Shooting Outside Church Leaves One Dead, Sole Witness In Critical

Description:Police are investigating a deadly shooting outside a church in the Westlake District. It happened around 6:30 p.m. Sunday on Beverly Boulevard and Reno Street. According to police, two churchgoers approached a suspect who was vandalizing their church. That's when a second suspect got out of a car and shot the two church members. One victim, described as a man in his 20s, died at the scene. The other, said to be a man in his 40s, was hospitalized in critical condition. (1:29)
