Romania Shivers Under Snow

Description:Police rescue teams help a sick man from his home buried under heavy snow in Buzau County, Romania. A cold snap across Eastern Europe has killed hundreds of people, at least 74 in Romania alone since the arctic conditions arrived. Temperatures in some countries have plummeted to nearly minus 40 Celsius. Some 6,000 people in 21 villages in Vrancea, Romania's worst-affected county, have been cut off completely. (1:05)
