Research Shows High Rate of Teen Sexting

Description:A recent study has concluded that more than 25% of teens have texted or e-mailed nude photos of themselves. The research, published in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine, surveyed 948 high school teenagers from 7 different Texas public schools. In addition to the ‘sexting’ discovery, researchers also concluded that 31% have asked for someone to send a ‘sext’ and 57% had been asked to send an illicit picture. (1:19)
