Description:A local high school football player is fighting for his life after suffering a critical head injury during a game. 17-year-old Ryan "Dax" McGregor, a senior quarterback at Wildomar Cornerstone Christian, suffered a head injury on Friday during a game at Avalon. He is now in critical condition after undergoing emergency brain surgery at UCLA-Harbor Medical Center. McGregor also has a collapsed lung. (1:35)
