Prowler Suspected Of Videotaping Girls While They Undressed

Description:Police arrested a 21-year-old man Saturday in Cypress, claiming he was peering into homes and taking video of young women as they undressed. Officers responded just before 1 a.m. to a report of a prowler in the 9800 block of Newcastle Lane, where a girl told her parents she heard someone walking on the roof. As they searched the area, police found the man -- identified as Kyle Scott -- hiding between two parked vehicles, according to a news release issued by the Cypress Police Department. (1:24)
