Description:A four-month-old pit bull puppy is lucky to be alive after being dragged through midtown Sacramento Saturday. The puppy, nicknamed ‘Django’ was seen caught underneath the wheel of a pickup truck near the corner of 19th and J. The hazel-eyed puppy was getting strangled by his chain, after he either jumped or fell out of the bed of a white pickup truck. The horrifying scene was witnessed by people getting their coffee at Starbucks. (1:19)
