Ozzy Osbourne Cancels Concert

Description:Black Sabbath frontman, Ozzy Osbourne, was supposed to take the stage in Germany after the Black Label Society. TMZ reports that concertgoers were told that Ozzy would not be performing due to a medical condition. The rocker is okay, but decided not go through with the concert over quote "vocal concerns".
