Opposition Leaders Arrested in Russia Protest

Description:Russian police detained several opposition leaders, including blogger Alexei Navalny and leftist Sergei Udaltsov in central Moscow on Saturday (December 15) at an unsanctioned anti-Putin protest. Security was tight at Lubyanka Square in minus 17 degree Celcius temperatures where and estimated 500 protesters gathered, surrounded by police vans, and riot police, with a helicopter circling overhead.
