NYPD Open Fire On Burglary Suspect

Description:The police got a tip of a man with a gun holed up in an apartment. But sources say it was actually a burglar who was caught by the home owner. When the suspect took off running, officers ordered him to drop his weapon. When he didn't, they opened fire, wounding him in the chest. (1:34)
