Description:An off duty NYPD Officer was stabbed inside his Jamaica home shortly after 1 p.m. today. The married father called 9-1-1 to say two men had come into his 170th Street home, stabbed him and struck him over the head. A massive police response ensued; the officer was transported to Jamaica hospital and is expected to recover. (1:50)
