NYPD Commish Implores Parole Board To Keep Cop Killer In Jail
Description:On Friday morning, the parole process begins for the men who murdered NYPD officer Edward Byrne in 1988. The murder rocked the city and the death of the 22 year old rookie officer turned the tide on the city’s fight with the crack cocaine epidemic.
