NYC Lawmaker Proposed Pub Crawl Ban

Description:NYC will be banning bar-planned pub crawls – if a bill proposed by Democratic Assemblyman Micah Kellner passes. Many of the pub crawls give thirsty partiers discounts at bars along their routes, and at the end there is sometimes even a prize. Upper East Side assemblyman Kellner wants to end the boozy, bar-hopping by going after the proprietors, who would lose their liquor license if they are caught promoting a crawl. (1:49)
