Description:Nicole Scherzinger and Rita Ora are set to follow in the footsteps of Geri Halliwell and Leona Lewis by becoming guest judges at The X Factor UK auditions. The lovely ladies will act as temporary panelist as X Factor execs are still scrambling to find a replacement for axed 2011 judge Kelly Rowland. Both ladies will take a seat alongside permanent judges Louis Walsh, Tulisa and Gary Barlow. While this is Rita's first time serving as a guest panelist, this is Nicole's second stint on the panel.
