New E Bike From Specialized Very Fast and Not Legal

Description:Specialized has released its first E Bike the Turbo and it's fast. Powered by lithium batteries it runs up to 45 kph or 28 mph without pedaling. The only problem is it goes too fast to be legal in the U.S., U.K. and a bunch of other countries. Bummer. Oh and it costs $7300. (1:07)
