Mother Accused of Torturing Adopted Children

Description:The search for two missing children led to what deputies are calling a horrific case of child abuse and torture. The children, an 8-year old boy and a 7-year old girl, were reported missing by their adoptive mother, Ingrid Brewer. Deputies eventually located the children lying under a blanket near a parked vehicle on a street near their residence. (2:34)
