Michael Phelps Receives Achievement Award at Laureus Ceremony

Description:The most decorated Olympian of all time, swimmer Michael Phelps, was presented with an exceptional achievement honour at the Laureus world sports awards in Brazil on Monday (March 11). Phelps won 22 Olympic medals, 18 of them gold. He was awarded eight of them at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008. He won four gold and two silver medals in the Olympic Games in London last year and then quit competitive swimming. (0:31)
