Description:A Rockford man who admitted to masturbating during a Riverside high school swim meet Saturday was taken into police custody after telling officers he received brainwave messages from Justin Bieber telling him to go to the school. According to a statement from the Riverside Police Dept, 49-year-old Lawrence E. Adamczyk told police his original plan was to go to the Brookfiled Zoo to look for young boys to have sex with.
