Description:During a community form against gun violence in Harrisburg, police say a man was shot multiple times in the Allison Hill section of the city. They say the man was chased and then shot along Vernon Street. This all happened while people at the Midtown Scholar were attending the ” Newtown to Harrisburg” forum on gun violence where a panel discussed multiple topics dealing with gun violence.
