Description:A former Waterbury parks department worker has been charged with poisoning his boss's oatmeal after an argument over the employee's job performance.
Police say that 43-year-old William Lampron of Naugatuck laced his boss's oatmeal in October with a chemical substance called SpeedyDry that's used for soaking up spills on roadways. He was charged Wednesday with felony assault and reckless endangerment.(2:34)
