Description:Sheriff’s detectives were investigating a possible homicide that may have happened in their own parking lot in Imperial Beach Wednesday afternoon. Homicide investigators were called to the San Diego Sheriff’s substation at 8th Street and Imperial Beach Boulevard around 3:40 p.m. after a San Diego man carrying two toddlers told deputies he had killed his wife, investigators said.
