Description:Justin Bieber hasn't has great luck when it comes to his chromed out Fisker Karma car. The ridiculous whip was towed in L.A. while Justin was busy performing at The Staples Center. Pictures are circulating the net showing Justin's parking fail at Santa Monica's Shore Hotel. A rep for the towing company says the car was towed because it had been occupying a 15-minute parking spot for over 4 hours. (0:49)
