Israel Says It Killed Islamist Militant in Gaza Strike

Description:Israeli forces killed an Islamist militant in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip on Tuesday, accusing him of involvement in cross-border attacks on the Jewish state. Abdallah Telbani died and two other Palestinians were wounded by a blast that ripped through a tuk-tuk, or motorized rickshaw, in Gaza City, hospital officials said. They said Telbani was linked to Islamist militants sworn to fighting the Jewish state, and who have at times chafed against Hamas ceasefire efforts. (0:45)
