Iran to File Suit Against U.S. Over Drone

Description:Iran is now charging that the presence of a U.S. drone in its air space was a clear breach of international law, and it plans to pursue a case against the United States in international bodies. On December 4th, Iran announced it had downed the unmanned spy plane in the eastern part of the country, near Afghanistan.
