India Executes Mumbai Attacker

Description:Nearly four years after gunmen carried out a three-day rampage in Mumbai, and the only surviving militant has now been executed. Mohammad Ajmal Kasab, captured here with an accomplice during the 2008 attack, was hanged on Wednesday (November 21), at a prison in India. In August the Supreme Court upheld the death sentence for Kasab, who was a Pakistani national. It's the first time India has carried out a capital sentence since 2004. (1:22)
