Description:The Illinois House could vote on a medical marijuana bill as soon as Wednesday.
Representative Lou Lang says he believes he will have the 60 votes needed to approve a three year trial for a medical marijuana program.
The Senate has approved similar legislation before, but the house came up a few votes short last year.
Lang could get those votes during this lame-duck session in the General Assembly because some lawmakers who are leaving office may now vote for the bill.(0:21)
