Pakoras are fritters made with vegetables such as potatoes, onions, cauliflower, zucchini, and a paste of chickpea flour. So, this is chickpea flour. I have turned this chickpea flour into a smooth paste with water. It is a fairly thick paste and it is all smooth, there are no lumps. If you wish, you can strain it through a sieve to make it nice and smooth.
