Halle Berry Reaches Custody Agreement With Battered Ex

Description:Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have called a truce after the brutal Thanksgiving day brawl between Aubry and Berry's current fiance Olivier Martinez. Attorneys for Berry and Aubry were in court Thursday in Los Angeles over a restraining order, and announced the two sides had reached an "amicable" custody settlement following a closed door meeting.
