George Clooney Arrested During Protest

Description:George Clooney was arrested on Friday along with other protesters outside the Sudanese Embassy in Washington DC. Clooney, 50, and his father Nick were among the demonstrators taken into custody after crossing a police line outside the embassy. The Academy Award-winning actor was put in handcuffs and transported to Washington's Metropolitan Police Department for processing, but was released several hours later after paying a $100 fine.
