Four Dead and Hundreds Injured After South Chinese Earthquake

Description:At least four people were killed and over 100 others injured after an earthquake hit a mountainous area in southwest China, state media reported on Monday (June 25). The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.5 and struck the border between Sichuan and Yunnan province just before 4:00 p.m. (0800 GMT) local time on Sunday (June 24), at a depth of 9.3 kilometres (5.8 miles). China's state media have put the magnitude as 5.7. (0:43)
