Description:Former cyclist Jorg Jaksche said in the Operacion Puerto trial on Monday (February 11) that Dr. Eufemiano Fuentes performed most of his blood transfusions and his bills ran up to 15,000 euros (20,000 dollars) per year. Jaksche told the court that he had seen Fuentes, the Spanish doctor at the centre of an alleged doping ring, between 10 to 15 times and that Fuentes had performed the majority of the blood transfusions.
