Description:A 13-year-old girl was bound from her waist to her chin with plastic wrap in an horrific attack by bullies as she waited at a bus stop. Melanie Conn from Deland, Florida, said she was bound so to tightly with Saran wrap her arms were trapped and she was terrified as it came close to covering her nose and mouth. Her mother fears the incident could be just the beginning of a campaign of harassment, by boys with whom her daughter must continue to travel on the school bus. (0:39)
